April 1st - - Fools Day!

Well, it's the First of April today, and no doubt someone or the other has to be victimized by the idiotic pranks being played around. One was played on me by a colleague of mine, where he told me that he met with a minor accident while on his way to office and suffered some injuries, and unfortunately I was carried away by his intensity of emotions while saying so. On realization I assured myself that YES, human brain is programmed to follow the story telling instead of experimentation. If we carefully analyze every situation and not react to them instantly, it would be really helpful for us.
As it is wisely mentioned by Nassim N. Taleb, in his book, 'The Black Swan', that 'favor experimentation over storytelling, experience over history and clinical knowledge over theories to avoid narrative fallacy'. Now on similar lines, I am thinking to surprise my mates in North by paying them a visit next week and spend the weekend with them. Lets see how the plan proceeds....

Cheers!
